Anti-Bribery Statement
Last updated 24 April 2026
Blitzwerk operates a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. This statement reflects our obligations under the Bribery Act 2010.
Our commitment
We will not offer, give, solicit, or accept any bribe, whether directly or through a third party, in order to obtain or retain business or any improper advantage. This applies to all our operations, in the UK and overseas.
Scope
This statement applies to all employees, directors, officers, contractors, agents, and any other parties acting for or on behalf of Blitzwerk. We expect the same standards from our suppliers, partners, and intermediaries.
What is prohibited
- Offering or accepting any payment, gift, or benefit intended to influence a decision or secure an improper advantage.
- Facilitation payments, that is, small unofficial payments to speed up routine actions. These are not tolerated in any form.
- Bribery involving public officials, which we treat with particular seriousness given the nature of our work.
Donations
We do not make political donations. Charitable donations are permitted only where lawful, transparent, and not used as a means of improper influence.
Due diligence and controls
We carry out proportionate due diligence on relevant third parties, maintain accurate financial records, and review our controls to ensure they remain effective.
Raising a concern
Any concerns should be reported without delay to compliance@blitzwerk.co. Concerns can be raised in confidence.
Consequences
Breach of this statement may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal, and the termination of contracts with third parties. Bribery is a criminal offence that can lead to significant penalties for individuals and the company.
This statement is approved by the senior leadership of Blitzwerk and is reviewed regularly.
