Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated 24 April 2026
This statement sets out the steps Blitzwerk takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. It is made in line with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our position
Modern slavery, in any form, has no place in our business or supply chains. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity, and to ensuring that slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking do not take place anywhere in our operations or among those we work with.
Our business
Blitzwerk develops advanced software and hardware for geospatial intelligence, electronic warfare, communications, and related defence technology.
Our supply chains
We recognise that the risk of modern slavery is generally lower in the markets and sectors we operate in, but we do not treat any part of our supply chain as risk-free. We focus our attention on suppliers and components where risk may be higher, including hardware manufacturing and overseas sourcing.
Our policies
We maintain policies that support our commitment to ethical conduct, including this statement, our anti-bribery statement, and our internal codes of conduct. These set clear expectations for our people and our partners.
Due diligence and risk
We take proportionate steps to understand and manage modern slavery risk, including:
- considering modern slavery risk when selecting and reviewing suppliers;
- expecting suppliers to comply with applicable laws and ethical standards;
- addressing any concerns raised about our operations or supply chains.
Reporting concerns
Anyone with concerns about modern slavery should report them to compliance@blitzwerk.co. Concerns can be raised in confidence and will be taken seriously.
Training and awareness
We make our people aware of modern slavery risks and of their responsibility to report concerns.
Approval
This statement is approved by the senior leadership of Blitzwerk and will be reviewed and updated annually.
